our kitchen has a breakfast bar along with all mod cons you could require including a coffee machine, washing machine oven, hob to name a few.
Up the first set of stairs, you reach the first floor which has a beautifully furnished double bedroom with an ensuite with walkin shower and tv set into the built in wardrobes.

The location is lovely with the Foxhill nature reserve just on your doorstep along with shops/cosy pubs etc within walking distance.
We are also lucky to have the Oswaldtwistle theatre and famous Oswaldtwistle mills on the doorstep!
Transport access is great in the area, having parking at the property, bus stops within a very short walk and train station within walking distance.

Darwen which is located in the Blackburn with Darwen district, is a friendly market town bordering the windswept West Pennine Moors where you can soak in the magnificent views as you hike, bike or horse ride along one of the region’s myriad of pathways. For a breathtaking view of Darwen and the Moors, take a gentle stroll along Sunnyhurst Wood’s seven miles of paths, towards 86ft-tall Darwen Tower, built at the end of the 1800s to celebrate Queen Victoria’s Diamond Jubilee, then stop by the quaint old Keepers Cottage, which is now a visitor centre, art gallery and cosy café, Olde English Kiosk. There is a vast array of restaurants pubs and cafes within walking distance.
Keen golfers can book tee time at Darwen Golf Course’s challenging 18 holes, whilst fishing enthusiasts are spoilt for choice with the numerous waterways and reservoirs in the area. Free walking tour leaflets are available from Darwen Town Hall. Whilst you are there, why not check out Darwen’s famous market?
